Adding the teabag to multiplayer combat?

I'm not familiar with changing unit animations so I'll just ask. Serious question, not a joke.

How hard would it be to implement teabagging in a multiplayer game? Ideally it would be possible only after a successful offensive attack and would require a free movement point, and then only be useful against infantry. The victorious unit would squat repeatedly over the head area of the defenders fallen body and perhaps gain some kind of minor morale or xp boost. The recipient of the bagging would gain additional war weariness from the dastardly deed.

I feel a feature like that would draw some players into a strategy game like Civ that otherwise might not ever try it. In a first person shooter type game mastery of the teabag is a requirement for being a good player. It would be nice to be able to perform my signature victory salute to a defeated enemy.

Still serious. How hard to put that in?
