Additional Content Screen Glitched Since Last Update (Mod Conflict)

Since the last major update (the one with Red Death) went live, my game has had major issues in the Additional Content screen. No mods are shown on the list despite the fact I am subscribed to at least a few dozen, and everything is completely unresponsive and frozen; the buttons for Subscriptions, World Builder and the others no longer do anything. Neither does the Back button, which requires me having to manually exit the game from my Windows taskbar.

I've already done a complete reinstallation and just finished verifying the integrity of the local game files (which found three issues Steam said would be "recovered"). But the problem remains.

Anyone else familiar with this issue or who might have some insight on what to do? If so, I'd really appreciate it.

Such probles are caused by the "Enhanced Mod Manager" mod. It is not compatible with the September patch, it needs an update. Unsubscribe from the mod before you start your game!
