Adjusting tax rates

A quick question:

Is it possible to only change the tax rates (science,culture,wealth) in one city?
Say I run 100% science in my empire, but I want my wealth producing city to have 100% wealth. When I try to change the sliders within a city it changes globaly too so I guess it isn't possible..?

Hi, welcome to the forum!
Indeed, it is not possible to assign individual rates to each city.
There might be a mod out there...

However, there are many situations where I would like to have such a feature too. On the other hand, the global rates force me to specialize my cities by the use of improvements and specialists and, of course, national wonders, and this is more interesting IMO.
