I have 2 questions.

First, is there a way to have advanced option for the unit? Or it is On by default? Because i saw i video about civ 4 C2C and he have more option than i do. I try to put my gatherer to build road automaticaly but he did nothing...

Second, in the bottom right of the screen, there are info about other civilization. What all the icon about? I try to see in seviopedia but i couldnt find it. There a smiley face, arms and something else. What does it do? Information about other nations?

Tanks!

If you're using the default scoreboard, these are what the icons mean:
  • Espionage symbol: I'm not sure what this completely does, because if you click on it, it starts diplomacy with that civilization. I think it just shows that you are generating espionage against that civ.
  • Number and arm: Relative military strength. The default is your strength compared to theirs (higher is better). I reverse it so it is their strength compared to mine (lower is better).
  • Little tech and number: What tech is that civ researching and how long will it take to get it.
  • Trade arrows: If you can trade with this civilization
  • Scrolls: If you have Open Borders or Defensive Pact with that civilization. There are two different scroll icons. I don't remember what the Defensive Pact scroll looks like.
  • Globe: If you have an Embassy with that civilization.
  • Of course, you have the icon for that civ's state religion.
  • Happy/sad face: That civilization's attitude towards you.
  • Red fist: The red fist appears if the civilization is in We Have Enough On Our Hands Right Now status (generally abbreviated as WHEOOH). This appears if the civilization is at war or planning to go to war. A civilization in WHEOOH will most likely refuse requests to declare war on another civ, and if they are not yet at war, you should probably try to figure out if you are the target.
  • The last number is the number of their cities that you are aware of. If you are at peace, it will be their entire city count. If you are at war, it will only be the cities that are revealed on your map.

How do i reverse it?

I have a other questions... to really know what all the option works is there a good document i can read other than seviopedia?

To reverse the ratio, press Ctrl-Alt-O to go into the BUG Options screen. Click the Scoreboard tab. On the right, where it says Power Ratio:, change that to Rival vs. You to see the reversed ratio. I like this because you can add it up to see roughly how much power everyone else has. If you get to the point where it's all 0.1 and 0.2, you can pretty much run roughshod over everyone.

One more icon that I forgot: if you see a red head and shoulders icon (the icon for resisting citizen), it means that you are that civilization's Worst Enemy.

There isn't really a good document for reading. We change things so often that it's very hard to keep up.

Thanks a lot! If i have more questions i will post in the forum! :)

And for the worker... why i can't automate worker to build road all over my tile? When i push the trade network my worker do nothing!

If a button isn't working, post in the Bugs forum, and attach a copy of your save if possible. It really helps the people who fix bugs run down the problem.

When AI starts a new tech and you see it'll take like 10 turns, and you also see the tech it researches is worth like 1000 :science: you now know what amount of tech your opponent has per turn (100 :science: generated per turn in this case). Taking a little, steady raise of that in account you can calculate if you can get techs earlier than AI or not, for wonders or bonus like free techs for first researcher.

For example, you see AI is just starting to research the tech before sedentary lifestyle in 10 turns and the tech is worth 1000; sedentary lifestyle is like 1500, so another 14-15 turns added to the 10 of the current research project. Now you look how long you may need (a higher science/turn rate, but one tech behind the AI) - you add your projected turns for the 3 techs like 7/7/9 and voila: you may reach sedentary lifestyle in about 23 turns, 1-2 turns before AI , so thats where you should be heading at.
What you cannot know, of course, is if another AI half around the world rearches it in 22 turns ;) Therefore you should always look in the wonders screen (which wonder was built when, indicating where AI is ahead, and also of course demographics screen [especially GDP]

But: knowing the science rate (strength) of opponents is the real valueable information, not its GDP, imho. Because you as human tend to make more out of science than AI, trying always to have 100% rate and even adjusting military size to achieve that...
