This has gotten very off topic, remember that this is about what to do with Africans in Moscow. I believe that there is no harm with Russian causal racism (not institutionalized) , different people have always been living together in Russia, but if there is problems with these people (Chechens) something Must be done about it because if we don't they'll bomb the schools, the apartments, gas the theaters. I don't think we should kill them, we need some way of sending out message across, that bad actions by foreigners will not be tolerated because you are guests not Russians.
There is the Liberal Democrat party which promises to do something about this problem, giving more rights to Russians and less to foreigners but this I do not agree with becuase some Russians are real jerks compared to the great masses of these foreigners. I do not want more rights to all Russians, this is stupid because so many russians are acting unaristocratically. (meaning acting like Higher Men, the best class).

The report says that "Many of the attacks on Africans were pre-meditated and extremely violent, the report found." This part I like, I hate thugs who beat people up randomly they make it dangerous for all, but this pre-mediated attack is not just drunk hooligans. These were targeted for what I assume to be bad activity on the part of the blacks, good blacks are rewarded with no danger. So blacks I think should be under good pressure to behave well and not disgrace themselves.

But you forgot that all Africans (especially Chechens) can be useful in solving a huge problem of modern Russia - enormous amount of bears, hanging around on the streets of all cities. They can hunt down all the bears, remaining invisible for them at night time. Don't you know there is special government program for that purpose?

Well, while luiz called me "ultra-nationalist" it is time to learn I am pretty moderate (just a little bit cynical about so-called "liberal democracy" and people's belief that humanity have changed for last decades). Personally, I am not fan of illegal migration to Russia from Africa but find such a division on "good" and "bad" blacks and a belief "good" ones have nothing to fear err... well.. let's call it "naïve".

But there is definitevely an improvement for last years. When democracy was rampant in Russia and central government was weak, it also lead to growth of numerous nationalist organizations. Now when we have a "dictature" in Russia (according to Fox News) a lot of nationalist movements were suppressed (obviously using undemocratish actions).

You know what--that is an incredible argument that "democracy is only for those who deserve it", and according to this argument, Russians back in the 90s certainly didn't deserve it, since they abused democratic rights to do undemocratic things (forming nationalist terror groups)

I am actually agree. Russian society historically lags behind Europe (in social relations) for serveral decades or more (well, it is slightly more complex - since Peter Russia became so big that different parts of it progressed with different speed), so it is no surprise it failed. Chinese took much more cautious approach: they are introducing it very carefully - in other case the country would be in a chaos and civil war long ago.

The same can be applied to numerous other countries across the globe. Personally I am not an opposer of democracy in principle but in my opinion exporting it for chaos and profit in US-style is wrong.

Except that they have Russian citizenship and their ethnic background is completely irrelevant.

The point about Chechens was even more insane; because the reason they're engaging in terrorist activity is that they don't want to be Russian. They feel their nation is a victim of Russian imperialism.

The Russian Artistocracy are as useless, petty, violent and inbred as aristocracy everywhere. Your idea of one class of people being superior is as insane as your views on race, paticularaly if membership of the class is decided by pure accident of birth rather than any excuse based on Social Darwinism.

You assume (fabricate) that these blacks deserved to be viciously assaulted; they have commited some wrongdoing which apparently merits violence against them. Human Beings who do not do what Russian Nationalist want deserve to be attacked, violently.

I think the 'good blacks' was most disturbing; if an African behaves well in Russia do you pat him on the head and take him out for walkies?

This article is incorrect: word "negro" is not used as racial slur in Russian language. In Russian it just means "Afroafrican" (we are not yet mad enough to seriosly use such linguistic construction). An expression "to work like negro" means "to work very hard". So he does use it like a pun, and it is quite funny considering he is real Afroafrican but it have not any racial slurness.
