Anyone else having problems using the sliders to maintain minimum turn time during accelerated science having used a SGL?

If i set it for the 4 turn minimum, sometimes the next turn will still be 4 turns at the same setting. Or it can happen on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th turn... where the next turn is still the same turns remaining as the turn before.

It will always happen if i use the slider to drop down by 10% to maintain minimum turns. The cure is to check it each turn and increase the slider by 10% if it was suppose to drop a turn. This is not normally a problem unless it happens on the 4th turn when you expect to get the tech next turn.

I get the impression that the increase in science due to a SGL is not synched properly with the # turns remaining calculation. This *only* started happening after using a SGL to increase science production. It is also quite irritating.

I have a sav of 1 turn to flight that does not get flight the next turn if it is important.
 
I just had that happen to me. On the "last" turn for a tech, I moved the slider down, but on the next turn, I still had 1 turn left. Grrr.

So are the accelerated science shields being lost, or is this turn-calculation error? Either way this is a bad bug, as it makes accelerated science nearly worthless.
 
This is a registered bug vs 1.15 see bug forum. Until they fix the bug don't rely on "turns to complete" when under SGA.
