*Wildfire says everyknown swear that he has ever heard*

My parents are getting rid of my internet connection from the computer that has my Civ games on it, AND they won't let me put it on the computer with the only other connection. This will happen in a couple of weeks. The only option for keeping the connection is to pay for it myself and i'm a penny-pincher. This STINKS!!!!!

it isnt expensive... if you dont coem online much get a pay as you go service, i had that when my broadband was down and it was only 2p a minute during peak hours, you could also go for a cheap all the online time you want package which i used to have from freeserve for 9.99 with one month free. If your not from UK thats useless but im sure you can find a way.

I"m surprised he hasn't thought of hacking a line. I can get on the internet from any PC as long as there is a phone line around.

I did this for a while, and joined other services with a free trial period. got tired of changing and jumped at cable access when it became available in my area.
