Just played a game in which I tried the blazing LB generation, which means I did not generated bells and built political points whenever there was a FF I desperately wanted to catch (Peter Minuit, Alexander Hamilton, etc.).
During the course of the game, the French were the only AI colony which didn't get attacked by natives and thereby were able to have a decent LB generation which in turn made them the only AI colony which really caught FFs. After getting the early/mid-game interesting FFs, I was hoping to let the French (who just like any other AI seem no never refuse a FF, even the most useless one) fill their council with sub-par FFs to get the late first-tier ones.
And to my dismay, they took a eleventh FF (read: 11 FFs were taggued french in the FF screen) and then a twelfth.
What comes to mind..
- Can the bug be reproduced for human players ? (e.g. if I have 10 FF, and click yes on the 11th, does it get marked as being mine?)
- Do AIs/players having more than 10 FF benefit from the bonuses of the extra FFs?
