AI attacked only with artillery!needs a fix

i was attacked by justinian only with artillery.Useless to say they fought against my units even if they had already reached the cap with the new siege combat.They continued to fight my units for at least 10 turns (i had weaker units) until i had some lucky combat and all artilery was destroyed.




I notice also that in late game AI attacks with tons of artillery and 1-2 units in support which make the entire stack in danger as soon as you destroy the support unit.

Some saves would be appreciated to help Firaxis (and blake) determine why the AI acted like it did.

Actually I've done the same thing with mobile artillery on a weak city. I was just two XPs away from another promotion. Since the weak city was no match, I easily got the extra XPs and used the unit to really hurt a different city.
