Truth is i haven't played vanillia for years and can't really remember the AI build preferences when it comes to units.
If lets say that in vanilla the AI is able to build catapults(A6, D1,Mv1), Knights(A4, D2,Mv2) and Crusaders(A5,D1, Mv2). Which will it prefer? They all have their role set as Attack.
Will it build all 3? Only catapults? Just catapults and Crusaders? Will it ignore knights since their role of attack takes into account their attack value which is lower than the Crusaders'?
Do hitpoints count in the mechanics the AI uses for determing what to build?
I do recall that if the AI only has Attack role units available it will only garisson its cities with one unit. I had tested that ages ago.

Do the actuall unit slots matter?Maybe its hardcoded in the AI or something.

I'm trying to set up stats for units and would hate to discover that the AI just ignores some.

Does Firepower play a role?
