In my game im playing i just came across france, and when i look his area i see he is building the pyramids and the statue of zeus at the same time. how is that possiable i thought u can only build a single wonder at a time, and he doesnt have 2 cities either

i dont think so, i watched it for more then 5 turns, it didnt vanish till denmark finished it first hehe, france is a cheater lol

Well, because in Civ V hammers towards a wonder you were working on when switched don't count towards the second then the first is still started the full time (just frozen).

start a wonder and switch to a different one the next turn, you'll see the same partially constructed wonder situation you saw france with.
