Hi.
I do not mind the reduced cost for some of the earlier technologies but do think that by increasing the early game teching it might also be prudent to increase the AI's handicap at Emperor, Immortal, and Deity difficulties.
I suggest adding enough Free Techs to the AI at start to make up at least some of the reduced turns needed for the Player to research them. These would be, in my opinion, good to add:
Emperor:
Nomadic Lifestyle
Gathering
Scavenging
Language
Cooperation (Added)
Weaving (Added)
Immortal:
Nomadic Lifestyle
Gathering
Scavenging
Language
Cooperation
Weaving
Herbalism (Added)
Cave Dwelling (Added)
Shelter Buidling (Added)
Deity:
Nomadic Lifestyle

Scavenging
Language
