I thought this funny. France is pink and Rome is red in the mini-map.

Check this one out:

I have Modern Armor. Russia has Riflemen.

That wasn't a bluff on Catherine's part--it was suicide! :D

I also have Catherine in my game. She is equal to the other big nations. And just like the other, she is polite with me. But she is the only one who tried to bluff me. Many times.

I think she is quite more aggressive than the rest.

The real ironic thing was that I was only about 10% of the tiles away from domination, and I had just finished conquering Babylon(that little island south of the Portugese islands) and was loading my armies back onto Transports so that I could invade Greece. However Catherine caused a little change in my plans. ;)

Catherine tends to bluff a lot in my games, even if she's otherwise "polite." I've always found her 'I thought we were friends' reaction when you call her out amusing.

I'm surprised Catherine doesn't regularly demand horses.

Xerxes recently solicited peace from me, saying "We have fought to a stalemate, perhaps its time for peace."

This was after I had pulverized the southern half of Persia with Knight Armies, and he had basically just Persepolis and Pasargadae left. Yeah, stalemate. Uh huh. Your luxuries have all been disconnected or captured. Tyre, Sardis, Sidon, and a half dozen other cities of yours are now belong to me, I'm a turn away from being able to start cranking Cavalry out, you have yet to successfuly get a unit into my territory, I've lost maybe four units total this whole war, and those Knight armies are turning northward towards the handful of cities you still have left. But it's a stalemate. Yeah.

I love the AI's comical attempts at spinning information/results.

I love the victory screen message in the conquest scenarios with locked alliances: 'Nothing like being locked to a loser'.

This isn't quite the humor of the AI but, rather, the AI being "Keystone Kops" funny.

I couldn't resist swiping India's stacked workers. Since India's proximity will cause a war sooner rather than later.

Anyway, for the past several turns my warrior has been pacing back and forth causing India's SOD to repeatedly appear and disappear back...getting bigger with each appearance.

I think I've triggered a AI programming priority loop...I wonder how long it'll go on?

[EDIT: Approx. 23 turns]:

I wonder what changed India's strategy?

[EDIT #2: I just found the answer...]

I had no idea Babylon and China were tag-teaming poor Gandhi.
