Threatened worker doesn't retreat (SAVE AVAILABLE (not previous turn though))
Workers building very long road. (SAVE AVAILABLE)
Automated workers building trade route don't necessarily build trade routes (SAVE AVAILABLE)
AI Building national park in city with no forests and mainly temporary unhealthiness. (SAVE AVAILABLE)
Scouts on 'auto-explore' loop over old, already discovered territory (SAVE AVAILABLE).
AI values silk highly, despite player getting seafood for corporation (SAVE AVAILABLE) - Is this a bug?
On automated production, governor appears reluctant to build unit, even in unprotected cities, and even when the game gives you a warning about the risks! (SAVE AVAILABLE)
AI Civ doesn't build settlers (SAVE AVAILABLE)
Workers replace a mine with a fort to 'hook up' resource (which is already hooked-up), but "leave old improvements" is checked.
