not sure if it is a 'bug' or just a design flaw, but anyhow...
The AI builds lots of ships since the new patch, it seems. I've seen destroyers and battleships (no carriers or subs though). And also seems to do naval invasions properly, so kudos there.
The problem i have though is, when my fleet of 6 ships met an AI fleet of 5 ships, the AI was more concerned with bombarding land units than my ships. IMO, if enemy ships are nearby/within range, it should ALWAYS target enemy ships first. In this particular case, only 1 destroyer bombarded one of my ships while the rest focused on teh land units, despite being within range (as i was shooting them myself, obviously).
