Just an observation on my last three games but I've basically gotten any, and all, of the strong and legendary wonders that I wanted and was wondering if any else has noticed something similar or I'm just on a really lucky streak?

The AI also doesn't tech as fast as a human. Both are related to how the AI is really weak when it comes to building up its economy.

I thought wonders were locked behind city culture level only so tech level shouldn't have anything to do with it, unless I'm misunderstanding something. The AI will have plenty of strong and legendary cities so they should be able to meet the requirements in at least one or two cities.

Very true, the AI doesn't need tech for wonders. What I meant was: The AI needs a strong economy for wonders, because they cost a lot of stone, and it would also need a good economy to tech up faster.
The AI is prioritizing culture levels enough, just not so much the stone and science production. Total output of food+stone+iron+wood + civics + training + science (where 1 science is worth 2 civics, 1 civic is worth 1-2 training or 8-16 of the 4 basic resources) of an AI nation is far from what a human player normally achieves, and that disparity is more visible the longer the game lasts.

I'll admit to prioritizing stone in my last couple of games, even more than I probably should, but I've never been able to get this many wonders before, which is to say practically all of them.

I took a break from the game for a couple of months between the last DLC and the new one and didn't play any games on the updates in between then and now so I'm not entirely knowledgeable of what changed but I was never able to get this many wonders before. Here are the setting I used and they should be the ones I was using whe the Aegean DLC came out.

The AI went for wonders more in the past, I think that has been observed before, and not justrecently. Not sure if on purpose or a bug.
