AI pays too much for Free Artist., if ST is already build

Discovering F.A. fisrt i was able to build Shakespears Theatre.A few turns later I try to sell F.A. to the AI and was able to get 50gpt(!)-for a now useless tech.I think this is very unrealistic and as far as I remember this wasn't aproblem in vanilla civ or PTW.
The price of F.A was about 10 gold(lump sum).

This appears to be a known issue, pfeffer (in the sense that there are several other threads about it). The same thing happens with Bachs Cathedral/Music Theory. Hopefully it will be taken care of.
