AI - Secondary Workers And Settlers ???? what is this exactly???

Hello folks,

I'm back at playing Civ V a few, and looked for pdate of Vox Populi mod as I remember It was some of the best.
I looked a few at changelogs to get the news, changes etc etc...
found that:

"Enables the AI to use combat units as workers and opportunistic settlers if they have the required abilities and are not doing anything else."

hhmmm, I'm not sure I understand this...

=> meaning the AI can use for example a warrior as a worker, or even in some cases (wich are they????) turn It into a settler ???
I really disagree this... :-/
The AI can use warrior as worker... it's really a cheat !!!
I wanna play against good AI's, not cheating AI !!!!!

Give some units to the AI and few advance on technologies at start of a game is a thing..
give them special abilities that we don't have, DISAGREE !

Yes, you did misunderstand You are talking about a minimod by WHoward. This is Vox Populi, the said minimod is not related in any way.

And I think, you also misunderstand the mod. If I understand the "if they have the ability" part right, it enables the AI to actually use Conquistadors to found cities, and Legions and Japanese ships to build their improvements. I think they had the ability to do so, but AI logic wouldn't make them use the ability.

Might be I'm wrong, but it would make sense and fit the Vanilla AI

So more clearly, the AI is just tweaked to USE the ability of some civilization's special unit (that can be a warrior with worker abilities, or a conquistador, warrior that can make a city(never used this!!!)) (nothing general!)

Warrior with worker abilities: Legion, Conquistador, Nau, ...
Civilian with military abilities: Great General, Great Admiral, Khan, ...
