AI Sensible Science Mod

Given it now seems that Firaxis deliberately made the Science changes in April 2021, as they weren't fixed yesterday, I have now released my AI Sensible Science Mod which reverts the changes, it is available on the Steam Workshop.

1. These preferences are deleted

2. Science edited to 15 to bring it into line with the other values:-

Well it doesn't seem to be a bug more a change by Firaxis.

It causes every Civ to fixate on these two districts even if they are war mongers, faith based or whatever - every AI behaves the same which makes the game less flavourful.

There's another Mod which only changes the 150 down to 15 and leaves the preferences alone.

I appreciate the mod but I don't know if we can call it "not a bug." Other bugs, like the Portugal trade route UI bug, are still present--surely these are not intended.
