AI Spaceport Repair

All -- with the new patch, have anyone seen the AI actually repair a spaceport? I have AI Autoplayed 2 games and in both, I do not see spaceports being repaired at all -- in fact, Monty just built a new spaceport in a different city.

I know district repair as a whole is very cost prohibitive, but I have seen the AI repair other districts. Not sure if a bug or not, so thought I would see if anyone has seen the AI successfully do this.
