So Sumeria used a bunch of Faith or Gold to snipe James of whatever (The guy that builds Ancient & Medieval walls in 3 cities and covers maintenance) from me. I was pretty bitter, especially when I saw James wandering around a few turns later not having been used. Now it's MANY turns later and he's just sitting in the Sumerian city closest to my western borders still unused...even though that city does not have walls. Another one of his cities is completely wall-less as well (Lagash on the very Southwestern tip of the landmass).
Thought it must be a bug of some sort since everything else has been working great and I'm really enjoying R&F. I've attached the save of my game to help as best I can. No mods active...All DLC + R&F are enabled.
