Emperor difficulty.
I'd like to see the AI's preferencing of wonderspamming somewhat reduced. 50 AD, Darius has one city. Oh sure it has five wonders in it, but it's his only city, and it's defended by a single warrior (he has two other warriors somewhat far away from Persepolis, one of which is escorting a - gasp - settler).
Wonders are not good enough in this game to justify this kind of a strategy. Additionally, he declared war on *me*, the military leader (by a large margin), which just doesn't make sense from a rational, self-preserving standpoint. Shouldn't he have instead been kissing my rear-end, hoping to culture-win or something?
