AI Workin' the Sliders

I sometimes see in game writeups such that the autor says the AI has turned on their culture:, usually) slider...

How can the player tell what the AI is doing with their sliders? It could be valuable info in adjusting your culture or ep output, among other things.

Wrong forum, this is Civ Rev, not Civ IV. There's no sliders in Civ Rev.

investigate their cities with a spy would be my guess, though I've never tried doing that in Civ IN. Like Bona said, you hit up the Civ Rev forums, you're looking for one of the Civ IV forums methinks.
