[GS] Aid request - wrong rank awarded

I didn't care about the 2 diplo points, I just wanted the silver reward.
So I invested a bit less than the first place.

But for some reason instead of getting silver, I got bronze.



I thought that if I were within 25% of the top score I should get silver. Am I missing something?

Due to there only being 3 civs in the request, by coming in second you actually are in the 33%-66% bracket. no one would be able to get silver.

That would be a strange system...
So they sort all scores
- give gold to the 1st one
- give silver to the top 25%, with a minimum of 4 players...
- give bronze to the top 50%, with a minimum of 2 players...

I don't know... I've been looking at ProcessEmergency_WorldCrisisPopup and GetSortedParticipants, but I didn't manage to crack the logic.

You're probably right. I have data points for 3 and 12 civs now.
