AIR General, NAVAL General, add to General

What about add AIR General, NAVAL General, add to common land General ?

Air Marshal, and Admiral, working the same as common General, but for AIR & NAVAL Units.

Could add promo to units, could be leader of one, add access to special promo.

You can assign a Great General to naval units... probably to air units too, but that would be really pushing it since promotions to air units are nearly useless.
