Aye; Spit Fires, Lancaster Bombers, Apaches, Mig 22s, Tornados, Harriers, B52s, aircraft do need work like. I mean at first planes were just used for reconnaissance and then they started throwing bricks at each other!!! I want to fly my jet through a bunch of idiots that are still flying bi-planes.

There needs to be some way to have your fighters escort bombers. There should be an A-bomb Plane unit like a B-29 after the Manhattan Project is completed. Before missiles were developed for nuclear weapons, it was all about bombers. There should probably be a bi-plane (WWI era) unit though I'm not too sure how relevant they would be, and then the standard fighter, maybe early jet fighter (Korean War style Mig-15), and then the modern jet fighter.
