All Civs have the same happiness levels

Hi, I noticed a bug where every Civ had the same happiness levels. I found this from the in-game popup that showed each civ's happiness levels, and they were all the same. Also noticed that my happiness levels were going up when I wasn't doing anything to affect it (e.g. AI was constructing happiness buildings, and that was helping me).

Just wanted to know if anyone else has this problem, or just me.

I only use the GEM and Unofficial Patch mods.

The internal mechanisms that calculate happiness (and Gold for that matter as well) no longer work as the author has modified the core calculations but only those related to actual effect + what you see in the top toolbar. The periodic "happiest nations" summary is not accurate.
