I recommend doing a A1, A2, ...A5, B1, sort of system.

EXCELLENT catch about Peter though

Great find Nunor!!

You can tell this is real early in development because most are not actual in game leaderheads (it looks like Roosevelt is one of the only somewhat finished ones) so potentially they could still have changed a leader or two after this was taken.

3b = Gandhi
-Thats the only one I can make out easily.

4b - Julius Caesar bust?

France looks like Joan of Arc

Whoever comes after her must be either for Germany or Germany won't be in the base game. Looks female? Any great german ladies?

Great detective work! If this turns out correct, Bolivar is a real curveball. Also it looks like there are 22 portraits there, rather than 18, so this could extend beyond vanilla.

There seems to be more than 18 leaders but I thought the game would only come out with 18 base civs? :confused:

They've already announced DLC after vanilla (to come into deluxe), so likely these 6 are for those.

Simon Bolivar surely deserves his place in history, but how his civilization could be named?

Also, someone in the other thread suggested alphabetical order by civ.

It makes sense. It starts with America and Arabia. Rome is next to Russia, and the last is Sumeria.

I'd wager the third line is Pericles of Greece, Gandhi of India, Hojo of Japan, Mansa Musa of Mali, and Genghis Khan of the Mongols
