All the leaders, native or colonial, have no traits. Is it a bug or a feature?

My inquiry is it related to the lack of leader traits? Is it a feature? Do we acquire traits as we play? How does it work?

Hello @Edward,
It is a feature. We did not want big differences between leaders. So we have removed the leader traits.
In future, we want to be able to acquire traits depends of choice players will do.
We will earn points in religion, military, economies, and global points.
These points will allow players to unlock traits.
That's the plan.
