Notice that contrary to CIv 6 where it was all pines, now every Biome has its own looking forests with unique trees.

So, from the video it is confirmed that we indeed only have the 5 base terrains (Ursa Ryan said it).
It seems though that there is flat (and then also otherwise) terrain.
Is Sagebrush a resource, or does this count as a kind of forrest? Is this what "vegetated" means?
Is Steppe a subtype of a terrain?
Amasia is probably the name of the continent ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amasia_(supercontinent) )?

Sagebrush steppe is a specific biome, and if we are getting biomes (there have been some other hints of this like the ability--I think it was Maya, but I could be wrong--related to tropical tiles) I'm very excited for that.
