Allow us to liberate mroe than just one city!

An easy fix, surely. I'd love to wage large-scale wars of liberation, but find I can only liberate ONE city....the rest I have to puppet, annex or raze. Should be a quick fix, and would provide a nice option for more 'world police' style players, like myself.

thats a thing i would really like to see too, and i was really surprised no modder have done this yet.

the "World Police" playstyle is way more fun and more dynamic then just Conquering the whole World which is just unrealistic imo.

Also other civs should be grateful for liberated cities. they are for a worker, but not for half their empire...

Indeed, I've quit liberating because the people you liberate end up hating you. One time I liberated Elizabeth and she denounced me as a warmonger the next turn and I was like "Okay, screw this, never doing that again".

Nothing, and this may even be a preferable option if you get them to pay for it. But it's not particularly streamlined.

i have done it, it resulted in them attacking me once they got strong !!!!!!

true, but i personally meant Liberating City States cities yes normally CS's only got one City but on the Scenarios i mostly play they got several cities and something that could add City Trade to CS's diplo menu or the possibility to liberate all CS cities would be great.
i just hate it when USA conquers Canada and i cant do anything about it besides liberating Ottawa ;D
