I don't have any personal altered maps for you just yet. But we're all interested in your creations, no matter how ahistorical and impossible.

That's a LOT of maps! Where does the last white one come from?

I thought I recognised it! :) Was it created especially for the game?

I don't know if there is a more recent one though.

Edit: Actually the above map is horribly, horribly inaccurate.

Better one:

That is so weird that North Carolina is the only state the first map got right.

Well, that first map was made 10 or more years ago. For example, Indonesia's nominal GDP has increased from $160bn in 2001 to $700bn today.

And it was horribly inaccurate 10 years ago... listing New Jersey's and Ohio's respective GDPs as larger than New York's :crazyeye:

I need a detailed map of the Ottoman Empire (with cities, battles...), and it has to be more than 2000 pixels in width!

EDIT: AND A WW1 MAP

In nominal terms, Brazil's GDP was larger than Australia or Russia in 2001.

In nominal terms, Brazil's GDP was larger than Australia or Russia in 2001.

Then, if the map is from 2001, they've messed up Illinois/Mexico as the Mexican economy was larger than the Brazilian economy at the time.

I was looking at the numbers on this webpage http://bigthink.com/ideas/21182, where I found the map.

The map looks to possibly be from 2005, in which case it still has numerous errors.
