Alternate way to contact the poor 2K tech support?

So, have not been able to launch Civ6 for about two weeks on my primary PC. So far ZERO response from tech support. Any one know of a good way to get their attention, other than doing a charge back for the expansion and potentially the entire game if this is how well they disdain their customers?
