Turn 1 - Founded Washington. Explored to the Mississippi
Turn 2 - Sent an infantry and a ranger to sea. Developed a nuclear program in DC. Founded Boston.
Turn 3 - Met the city state of La Venta and its sureizan, the Aztecs. Declared war on the Aztecs soon after.
