Prince Jordan updated American All Uniques (based on chiphead's Work) with a new update entry:

American All Uniques ver 2 with bug fixes

I removed some of the Unique buildings that were causing the "!" to appear on the map due to conflicts. It should be fine now but have not fully tested it.

Ok, I updated this and removed the rest of the districts and special buildings. So basically you get all the unit upgrades, all the tile upgrades, and all the perks. What you don't get is unique districts or buildings. There was just too many multilayered conflicts. You still get America overpowered. I have tested it and everything is working fine now. It's fun to play on higher difficulty settings but way too easy and boring on lower settings. Enjoy!
