Don't really follow baseball (but pay attention to it more than NBA or soccer), but it will be interesting to see if that Pitcher/DH, whatever his name is, gets 10 wins/10 HR that hasn't been done since Babe Ruth. If he actually does that people like me might actually remember his name.

Are the Padres any good yet?

Padres are in last place in their division (40% win %), but don't have the worst record in baseball that goes to the White Sox (31.1) followed closely by the Orioles (31.3).
Brewers are off to their usual strong spring start, being first place in their division (over the Cubs and Cardinals), but are likely to fall as the season progresses like they usually do.

Shohei Ohtani
4-1 record, 3.35 ERA in 7 starts pitching
.310 BA and 6 HR when batting

Could be the first player in 100 years to win 10 games as pitcher and hit 10 HR as a batter (Babe Ruth-1918).
Rick Ankiel was a pitcher who got 10 wins (2000), but then later became a batter and got 10 HR (2007-2009), so he didn't do both in one season.
