Not sure if it's a bug or not, but Playing George III in the American Revolution scearion, and I won a score victory with 181 points versus Washington's 67, with 56 turns left.
I thought a score victory was when the allotted turns ran out.
The program also became unresponsive at this point (stuck on "waiting for other civilizations") although it let me save with Ctrl+S.
