Americas map request

Hi, can anyone point me to (or create) a Huge map that contains just the Americas (and possibly some minor outlying islands)? I wanted to try Big Brother LS' America with parts of Africa and Europe map but it was incompatible with PTW. A .bix or .bic would do nicely. *EDIT* .biq is alright as well, I just realized how to use those

Yeah, but bigger, though. It's alright though, I found a giant Earth map and tweaked it to include (basically) just the Americas.
