One of the common bits of advice that I give to new players is that they look up Training Day Games & read through them. They are, in my humble opinion, one of the best tools that a new player can use to improve his or her game. I benefited from the ones in which I participated, & had a great time playing them. My thanks go out to those trainers and players from whom I learned a great deal.

I felt that it was time that someone put together an archive of these TDGs, so I did. I have not gone through them to sort by version, variant, mod, age, or even if the game was ever completed. I have simply organized them alphabetically by thread name. If anyone sees any errors, or knows of others that need to be included in this archive, let me know and I will be happy to edit this post.

The first Succession Game For Newbies (remember those, Overseer? ) was also set up as a training game; link.
There will probably be lots more, as it looks like you've searched for threads with 'training' in the title. I had no clue there were so many. I think this is a nice reference for new players; excellent work, Aabraxan!
