An interesting comparison

This doesn't quite belong in Computer Questions, but I couldn't find any other place to put it. (If I missed it, please merge )

I found a copy of the Notepad used in Windows 1.01 (got it here and lined it up next to Vista Notepad:



Rather interesting, isn't it? Not a whole lot has really changed (in comparison to some other programs)

Does the 1.01 version save in .txt and can the Vista version open it?

It does, but the save dialog is different:



As well, the filename came out TEST.TXT, rather than test.txt.
