    Hey Guys ~

    We need some BIG
    discussion on this topic.

I know which way I want to go, but I will try and be neutral in presenting the facts so collectively we make the right Descision.

    FACTS:
    1. Angle Still hasn't grown (T92)
    2. Kaz Has Still not shown up
    3. We have 2 Axemen inside the borders.
    4. We have 1 Spearman on the way (EoT T99ish)
    5. We have 2 auxilliary Axemen WoodsII & III One Going North one Going South
    6. My Initial Calculations has Angle Growing at T97 worst Case scenario.
    7. If we Raze the city it is in Anarchy for 3-5 turns So City is up and running worst Case T102.

So.....we have an interesting decision with regards to Angle. If it doesn't grow by the end of t95 we have to decide wether to raze it and replace it with the current settler heading down there, or to keep up the stake out and build the blocker city first.

At the end of turn 95, the worker CK is building will finish, and we can either build a fourth worker (overkill for a single city) or we can build a settler. The settler would be finished by t99 (see item #6 above). If in the mean time we captured Angle, we could divert that settler somewhere else without the workers to support it (gems would be ideal, it can work the gems tile until we get workers out to improve it), otherwise we could replant Angle on turn 104.
Afterwards we could get another worker or three depending on the situation down there.

    So what Do we do?

I'd vastly rather keep it than replace it. Settlers are expensive and there is a ton of land.

Axes did start to show up this turn though.

Slightly off topic, but is angle the city that Kaz Cav was obsessing over? Do we care about that? (they seemed to really care about it...)

When were Kaz obsessing over a city? Cav said that if we attack Zhou the former barb city just outside their lands, they'd consider it an act of war, but Kaz haven't talked to us at all about the barbs.

Can their warrior be upgraded? It'll probably take them a while to build an axe, so we should be safe in that regard, right?

Warrior can't be upgrade, barbs don't have $$

They won't be building one very fast at +1 :hammers: per turn. we are ok in that regard.

OK, there isn't any real question: If Angle grows before t96, we keep it.

The question is what we do if the city doesn;t grow before hte end of t96. What do we do with the settler we have heading down there? What do we build ing CK after the current worker?

KEEP IT! It is working a grass tile for 2 food now...looking back to T78, I can't tell what tile it is working, but lets assume it is working a tile in the FoW, so then lets assume it is working the grass that it is working now, I think it will grow next turn or the turn after....it has to have accumulated enough food very soon. I have been looking at old screenshots of Angle and I can't tell what tile it is working. If we assume it was working a 1 food tile, it will still only take 22 turns to grow, and we have a screenshot from T78.

Man, if only we could get our team to agree on things, we'd get so much more done. :D

OK then, lets start a betting pool:

When do people think Angle will grow to size 2?

    I think t95.
