Anonymous+Pitboss=Useless

Hi, the anonymous mode is not working properly with Pitboss. After connecting to the server, the civilization selection screen appears, and clicking on the civilizations shows the name of the player leading the Civ, even though anonymous mode is on.

This makes anonymous Pitboss games impossible.
