Anti-aircraft - how does it work?

There are flak cannons. I tried to take one out with a tank. I had to give up and retreat, couldn't do it. A few WWII AA guns were effective Anti-tank weapons, but most were not, and AA units tended to be small, without a lot of personnel, making for a very 'fragile' unit in CIV terms.

So there is a flak unit? I can't remember. I know AA is flak.

Yeah only the big, high altitude ones could dent a tank. But most of the smaller ones (especially the german ones who frequently got used this way b/c of shortages) could shred infantry, jeeps, etc.
