Any way I can.... Please Help!

Is there any way I can add more than 8 civs to a normal game? I thought there was one but I searched the manual and could find nothing but I could have sworn there was a shortcut to add more civs to a game. Please help if you have an answer.

You have to make your own map or maybe some save game editor will add more civs or something.

you can edit the civ3mod file via the editor and allow as amny as 16 onto any map size
