Any way to disable the "auto unit promotions" all together?

Hi all,
is there a way to disable the "auto unit promotions" all together, not pressing "Q" one by one?

I don't think there is a way to select all units at once. You can hold down Alt and click a stack to select the entire stack and you should be able to turn off auto-promote for that entire stack.
