Any way to remove the air recon mission and reserve it only to some units?

Hello!

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the recon mission from air units, and only have it for certain reconaissance aircraft? I think per default it is available to all air units if I am not mistaken?

I did that in RI (removed air recon from strategic bombers); that requires some dll work.
