Any way to remove the 'enrage' promotion from a unit?

Searched the in-game encyclopedia, no luck on finding the information.

I believe that the moving the unit on to the Pool of Tears Unique Feature is the only way to remove the promotion. (I'm pretty sure it is supposed to wear off on its own, but for some reason Kael didn't make it expire in .25+)
