Any way to stop a civilization from spawning?

    Is there any way to stop a civilization from spawning? Like stop American Civilization in 1776 or Germany in 1700.

    You need to modify "consts.py" file in section "# civ birth dates":

    Code:
    1700,                   # Germany
1775, # 346, #1775AD #332 for 1733AD   # America

    Just set them 2220 AD or something similar.
