anyone else have this bug after the patch?

the would-be city borders never appear around my settler units anymore........anyone else have this bug after installing the patch?

It was mentioned in the big bug thread - but are you sure you have the latest version of the patch? Sounds like there's a couple of v.1.16f patches floating around. Big version control boo-boo there!
My patched version shows me the city borders as my settlers move around.
