Anyone know how to update maps?

I downloaded the patch a long time ago but I don't seem to be able to take advantage of any of the new options on my maps that were preexistent to the upgrade. Anyone know how I cna update all or some of my maps to v1.06?

Try opening your old map (.bic files) with the new, patched editor then save it. (Do remember to backup the original first, just in case )
